We're Hiring Interns!

Responsibilities:

1. Backlink Enhancement:

Collaborate with the content team to identify opportunities for building high-quality backlinks.
Conduct outreach to relevant websites, blogs, and online platforms to secure backlinks to our content.
Implement strategies to improve the domain authority and overall SEO performance through effective backlink acquisition.

2. Optimize Internal Linking of Articles:

Analyze existing content to identify opportunities for enhancing internal linking structures.
Develop and implement strategies to strategically link related articles within the website to improve user engagement and SEO.
Ensure that internal linking practices adhere to best practices for SEO and user experience.

3. Working on Broken Links and Sitemap:

Regularly monitor and identify broken links across the website.
Collaborate with the technical team to fix broken links promptly and ensure a seamless user experience.
Manage and optimize the website's sitemap to ensure efficient indexing by search engines and improve overall SEO performance.

Curate and post content on the company's LinkedIn and Facebook pages daily.

Collaborate with the content team to align blog topics with audience interests and company objectives.

3. Audience Engagement:

Actively engage with the audience on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram through comments, messages, and shares.
Foster conversations and build relationships with followers to enhance brand loyalty and community engagement.

4. Social Sharing Optimization:

Implement strategies to optimize social sharing for individual books featured on the platform.
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote books effectively across social media channels.

Upload and publish various types of content, including books and blogs, on Bookdio.org using our content management systems (CMS).

2. SEO Optimization:

Format and optimize blog posts for SEO to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
Conduct basic keyword research and implement SEO best practices for content uploads.

3. Website Analytics:

Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest actionable insights based on data analysis.

Book Cover Images:

Creating visually appealing cover images for books using Photoshop software or online Photoshop tools.
Collaborating with the content team to ensure the cover designs align with the book’s themes and our brand aesthetics.

Instagram Post Designs:

Designing eye-catching images for Instagram posts, including campaigns, weekly posts, and announcements.
Working closely with the social media team to produce content that engages our audience and promotes our initiatives effectively.

Occasion-Based Designs:

Designing images for various occasions such as festivals, special announcements, offers, and website banners.
Ensuring that all designs are consistent with our brand identity and are delivered promptly.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for an HR Intern who’s eager to learn and ready to take charge. You’ll help us find great people, bring them on board, and learn the ins and outs of managing a team in a growing startup.

Your daily work will include:

Posting job openings and managing applications
Screening candidates and scheduling interviews
Onboarding new hires and helping them get started smoothly
Helping with HR documentation and team coordination
Learning to engage and motivate teams through fun and thoughtful activities
Managing Bookdio’s LinkedIn for hiring updates and team stories
Working directly with the founder and team leads to understand how teams really run
